Why these guidelines exist

Flingster connects strangers for live video, audio and text chat. That only stays fun if everyone feels safe on the other side of the camera. These guidelines set out what we expect from you and what will get you removed. They work together with our Terms of Service.

Treat people with respect

Every match is a real person. Keep it civil:

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or bullying of any kind.
• No discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability or nationality.
• Take “no” or a skip as an answer — do not pressure anyone to stay, undress, or move to another app.

Keep it consensual

Adult conversation between willing adults is your business, but consent and age are not optional:

• Never expose sexual content to someone who has not clearly agreed to see it.
• Absolutely no sexual content involving minors — this is banned everywhere on the platform and reported to authorities.
• Do not record, screenshot or share anyone’s video, voice or messages without their permission.

Stay safe and legal

Some things are never allowed on Flingster:

• Violence, self-harm content, or anything that promotes harm to others.
• Selling or promoting drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods and services.
• Scams, phishing, fake giveaways, or attempts to collect money or personal data.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, links, or bot-driven activity.

Protect your own privacy

Because matches are with strangers, look after yourself: keep your full name, address, workplace, financial details and documents off camera and out of chat. If a conversation feels wrong, skip it — you never owe anyone your time.

Reporting & enforcement

If someone breaks these guidelines, use the report option during the session. Our team reviews reports and can warn, suspend or permanently ban an account, and remove the offending content. Serious cases — especially anything involving minors — are escalated to the relevant authorities.

We may act on a report with or without prior notice when a quick response protects other users. Repeated or severe violations mean a permanent ban from Flingster.
