Accepting these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Flingster, a browser-based service for random video, audio and text chat with strangers. By opening the site or starting a match you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

You must be 18 or older

Flingster is an adults-only service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher — every time you use it. Accounts or sessions linked to minors are removed.

How the service works

You can start a random match without registering. Flingster connects you to another person for a live video, audio or text conversation, and lets you skip to the next person at any time. Some features may require you to sign in.

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change or remove features, and we may limit or pause access to keep the platform stable and safe.

Rules of conduct

To keep matches safe for everyone, you agree that you will not:

• Show nudity or sexual content to anyone who has not clearly agreed to see it, or expose it to any minor.
• Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against the people you are matched with.
• Record, screenshot or redistribute another person’s video, voice or messages without their consent.
• Impersonate someone else, or misrepresent your age or identity.
• Send spam, scams, malware, or advertising, or attempt to move users onto off-platform schemes.
• Use bots, scrapers or automation to access or interfere with the service.

Breaking these rules can lead to an immediate ban and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities. Our Community Guidelines explain the expectations in more detail.

Your content

You are responsible for what you say and show during a match. You keep ownership of your own content; you grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to transmit it between participants and to review it if it is reported for safety.

Moderation & enforcement

We may review reports, suspend or terminate access, and remove content that breaks these terms — with or without notice where a quick response is needed to protect users. Flingster is not obliged to monitor every session, and we are not responsible for the conduct of the people you meet.

Service “as is”

Flingster is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that matches will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time by leaving the site. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as conduct rules and liability limits — will continue to apply.
